An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud

If your order is canceled, you will be refunded in full.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

Once an order leaves our hands, delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

Due to the nature of fragrance and hygiene considerations:

All perfume sales are final, unless the product arrives damaged or defective

Non-fragrance items may be eligible for return under conditions outlined on our Returns page
